Only he hasn't been able to pull it off. Not yet. The New World Order consists of three superpowers: China, Russia and the United States of America. Their political, economic, social, military and territorial ambitions cover the entire globe. More importantly, the rest of the world doesn't trust them. Not that they really care. Unfortunately for President Trump, Russia and China are actively defying his claims to global dominance, with China giving America as good as they are getting in the global trade war. Yesterday was Palm Sunday. It was the start of what some Christian sects refer to as "Holy Week," culminating on Easter Sunday next week. To mark this religious occasion, Russia's Putin bombed a bus full of Ukrainians on their way to church. You didn't know that Putin was very religious, did you? This is merely one incident in the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine with no end in sight, despite President Trump's claim that he is working with Putin to end the war. But Putin is clearly paying Trump no attention. Not really. Meanwhile, in the Holy Land, Israel was continuing to demolish the Gaza Strip, forcing innocent Palestinian men, women and children to be constantly on the move as they are shuffled about by the Israeli military "for their own good" and to avoid casualties. Conflicts are never solved of their own accord.  They are usually settled by the stronger powers and their settlements are imposed on the smaller or weaker powers. That is the norm in history, and it will be no different regarding settling the war between Ukraine and Russia. US President Donald Trump called Russian President Vladimir Putin last week to begin "negotiations" regarding a peace settlement for Russia's war against Ukraine. Neither the European Union nor Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy were informed beforehand. Neither was the United Kingdom. So much for the much touted (by the UK, anyway) "Special Relationship" between the US and they. They were informed of the phone call after the fact and erupted with righteous indignation. World War I was billed as "the war to end all wars." Only it wasn't. There have been dozens of wars since then, producing mass destruction, death, genocide and ethnic cleansing to name just a few items on the bill of fare "civilization" offers to people who disagree with others. Justification for such acts are always publicized to absolve perpetrators of guilt or as a publicity stunt to make war mongers feel better about themselves. True, there is evil in the world, which most people choose to ignore if it doesn't affect them...at first. True, it can be nipped in the bud if the so-called "peace-loving" nations stand firm against it. But most of the time they don't. The industrialized Western nations are all willing to make deals with the devil in order to provide themselves with resources that they themselves do not possess, arguing that their various peoples NEED them, when actually it is the ruling elites who need them in order to preserve TH...

After two years of bloody war that has destroyed a generation of young men on both sides, not including hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian civilian deaths, the Russo-Ukrainian War is moving inexorably to its close. Russia's Putin will be the victor. It couldn't have been otherwise, despite the delusional optimism of the western democracies, especially in Europe, given their half-assed support for Ukraine. That's because the European Union counted on the United States to pull their chestnuts out of the Ukrainian fire for them, despite the fact that the war in in their own backyard. I believe that there is intelligent life in the universe. It is just not to be found here on Planet Earth. Especially in Washington DC. Space aliens with a technology advanced enough to make interplanetary travel a reality would also be able to observe our planet from a safe distance.  Which they have probably already done and decided it would be best to move on, since there is no evidence of intelligent life on Planet Earth. Plenty of resident humans also agree. One needs only to look at the antics of American college campuses and their support of the Hamas Nazis, which they disguise as "supporting" Palestinian Muslims. These truant college students and their mindless allies have chosen to ignore the slaughter of Israeli men, women and children that led to the latest bout of hostilities in Gaza and the West Bank, as well as the Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon. The war in Ukraine has begun. People have already died in this new war. It has been expected for months, yet world leaders have done nothing to seriously dissuade Russia's Putin from going to war. Now that the war has begun in earnest, despite all of the "diplomacy" used to prevent it, world leaders are condemning it. That includes the United Nations, which has long been an expensive, impotent forum for world opinion. And doing nothing. To be sure, world leaders have threatened Putin with economic sanctions against Russia if he went to war. And yes, they did provide Ukraine with wholly inadequate amounts of money and war materiel to be used against the Russian powerhouse should war come. But that is all. Because they are afraid of provoking Putin into a nuclear world war.
