Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu is a liar. A big one. Even among politicians, that is quite a remarkable feat. Most people living in so-called "democracies," especially the western ones, have grown accustomed to usual political lying, especially during election years when grandiose promises are made to sway voters and keep themselves in office. Sadly, both the voters and the politicians know that the vast majority, if not all, of the promises the political candidates make will not be kept. Once elected, these politicians feel that they have a right to steal, that they can make any statement no matter how untrue, dare anyone to question them and ultimately threaten anyone who calls them out on their lies. One need only to look at the actions of Russia's Putin and Turkey's Erdogan enforcing their displeasure against any and all who oppose them or dispute their narratives On local, more parochial levels, one doesn't have to look further than their own...

Greta Thunberg is in the news again! She needs no introduction to those of us who have been subjected to the progressive liberal media's tortured attempts in the last decade to make a heroine of her. Unfortunately, all they did was make a celebrity of her, which whetted Greta's appetite to maintain that status. For those few of you who have remained blissfully unaware of Greta's asininity, allow me to enlighten you. Greta Thunberg was a homely pubescent Swedish girl with a learning disability whom the media made famous because of her constant activism about the environment. The fact that she was never in school as a result of these activities might have been the reason for the diagnosis of her having a learning disability. Just like one of her pages describes her as an "autistic, bi-polar activist." She has given us no reason to doubt that description. Yesterday was Palm Sunday. It was the start of what some Christian sects refer to as "Holy Week," culminating on Easter Sunday next week. To mark this religious occasion, Russia's Putin bombed a bus full of Ukrainians on their way to church. You didn't know that Putin was very religious, did you? This is merely one incident in the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine with no end in sight, despite President Trump's claim that he is working with Putin to end the war. But Putin is clearly paying Trump no attention. Not really. Meanwhile, in the Holy Land, Israel was continuing to demolish the Gaza Strip, forcing innocent Palestinian men, women and children to be constantly on the move as they are shuffled about by the Israeli military "for their own good" and to avoid casualties.
