King Charles III of the Disunited Kingdom and his current wife, Queen Camilla, began their state visit to the US on Monday. Yawn. It is lacking the tumultuous fanfare state visits usually produce because of the media circus produced by the supposed assassination attempt of the president and/or high-ranking government officials at the White House Correspondents Dinner on Saturday Night. THAT incident has raised a lot more questions than the government has provided logical or believable explanations, which is giving the media plenty to concern itself with, to the exclusion of all else.
