My, My, My! The European Union Has Finally Grown a Pair!
Of balls, that is! Who woulda thunk it? Less than a week ago, US President Donald Trump was at his most bellicose, claiming that he would have Greenland, regardless of what anyone said. The Donald did NOT rule out a military invasion of that island. Furthermore, he slapped more tariffs against 7 European states that loudly opposed his intentions regarding Greenland. Those 7 nations sent a token number of military personnel to show solidarity with the native Greenlanders, who do NOT want to be part of the United States. That fact pissed off The Donald more than somewhat, because the European Union had been capitulating to his demands since he returned to the White House last January.
